Our Wedding Photography Philosophy Dear Bride & Groom, We understand how challenging wedding planning can be - just 6 years ago we were planning our own! Our role is to be a stress-reducer for you, completely reliable and cheerful photographers documenting your wedding story. We adjust to your needs to do our job efficiently and unobtrusively. To be entrusted by a couple to document their once-in-a-lifetime day is a great responsibility. We accept that responsibility with complete dedication to use all our skills, tact, and experience to create great pictures for you, photographs you will cherish the rest of your lives. Congratulations and Best Wishes, Kevin & Sally Our Style & Tools Our style is document your entire wedding day from dressing room preparations to the end of your reception. We cover your ceremony from several vantage points and make as many family and formal photographs as you have time for. We love making large group shots of the couple with all the guests! If the best angle requires lying on the floor, standing on a roof, a ladder, or a balcony - we're fearless - we go get the best photo for you. We don't like the tilted look that is popular today - we prefer a timeless straightforward look that shows emotions and action. Look through our portfolio galleries to see many examples of how we see the wedding day. If you like what you see - hire us to make similar photos for you! We use professional Nikon digital SLR cameras and a variety of professional lenses and lighting gear. Many critical items Kevin has custom-modified for maximum efficiency. Often we are able to capture 5 different views of the same scene - good planning and high energy and the latest electronic controls create visual wizardry that makes some spectacular album pages! Ask us how we do it! We bring lots of backup equipment to every wedding - at least 5 cameras, and every lens and flash has a backup. For most weddings, we bring important accessories like tripods, radio remote controls, studio lighting, tripods, step ladders, etc. We put in the kind of extra effort you have to see to believe.
